We seek mispriced real estate that can generate outsized returns for like-minded joint venture partners. Generally, those opportunities are multifamily or industrial value-add in our core markets. Occasionally, we find great opportunities outside of our primary business model. These may have unique tax structures, be adjacent to our core markets, or be larger in scale. We view these deals opportunistically.
